Kenneth Kaftan This office does not determine what the tax will be but they just collect it If you call during the lunch break then the call wont be answered. They have a vast knowledge of GA rules and regs about vehicle registrations and property tax rates. If you think your taxes are too high complain to the county commissioners, not them. If you think your taxes are too high check what they are in other states or areas in GA. Stop complaining just be happy we have such dedicated professionals!!!!

Skye Sweat I absolutely love Jackson Hewitt!!! They are the best however this year it did take longer than usual due to them being very short staffed! Hopefully it will get better.

Mr. Ashley helped my husband and I with our auto insurance and renters, now Mr. Ashley has helped with our homeowners and has stepped us through it. Mr. Jerry is very patient and helped find my mother life insurance and answered any questions I had. I would recommend them to anyone.

Richard Todd My wife went to reactivate her debit card because for only a reason known to this establishment, wont work if not used in 30 days. She was ask to take a seat and wait for a girl in an office by a teller. After waiting 5-10 minutes the girl came out with a greeting card in her hand and headed to the tellers counter handed it to them to be signed and then walked by my wife not acknowledging her and exited to a back room. My wife got up and left.
