1 /5 Susan X: Not that I’m trying to be rude or wreck a small business, that is not my purpose. Just warning others that these 1 star reviews are telling the truth about their experience with how they were treated /ignored at this establishment. At first I thought it was just me personally, but after reading everyone else’s experiences, there is a trend of profiling going on here. My experience: When I walked into this store, no one even said hi to me. I was in awe of all their beautiful furniture and decor so I didn’t really notice it right away, but as I continued through the store and all the way up to the front register where the ladies were talking behind the counter, they didn’t even offer up a smile or a hello. I know they purposely ignored me because I was up there looking through stuff for a couple of minutes and hung around ON PURPOSE. It was not a busy day. It was a middle of the week day with only a handful of customers. NO ONE, none of the store clerks even acknowledged my presence there THE ENTIRE TIME. When they were at the old location, the ladies were a lot nicer and super helpful. I don’t know what changed, but I don’t feel comfortable going back because they didn’t think I was the right type of customer. And honestly, after how I was treated, I’d rather spend my money elsewhere.

5 /5 Theresa Eaman - Vocalist: I’m in Clayton for a wedding reception and we walked around downtown today. There were many great shops, but this one stuck in my mind because it was just so beautiful and had so many things that I would’ve loved to take home with me if I would’ve had space. The staff is incredibly helpful and kind and to be honest this place smells like heaven. My friend picked up some jewelry and I grabbed a candle that I will probably only burn for special occasions. If you are in town, make sure you stop in.

The boutique has the sweetest selection—thoughtfully curated with pieces full of charm and style. The staff is always welcoming and kind, making it such a joy to visit. It’s the kind of place that makes you feel at home while finding something special every time!
