Lewis Minter They have an unreasonable account login requirement. Must login every 30 days or the password expires. I can pay my loan on the 25th and then on the 27th of the next month Ill be locked out. They also dont credit your payment immediately, takes up to 5 days to process. Im looking to move away form this bank. I have made repeated request to extend the login in timeframe but no change.

I can conduct most of my banking locally, and Associated Credit Union has been amazing. They are helpful, friendly, professional, and courteous. They can take care of all of the banking I need, and it is no different than if I were at a branch of my credit union. From ATM transactions to teller banking, they have me covered and all with no fees, unlike so many other places. They have always impressed me on every visit and treated me like a valued customer, just as if I were a member of their bank. I highly recommend Associated Credit Union to anyone looking for banking options in the greater Dawson County area.
