Hummm, where do I even begin?!!
They call you BEFORE your payment is even due, and if you dont set up payment right then, they call your co-signer and harass them! Thats actually the LEAST of the problems I have with this company!
Im unfortunately in tears right now because I was just insulted beyond belief when "Tammy" asked me, "and WHY is your payment late again THIS TIME??!" I then told her (which i shouldnt have because its NONE of her business) that Im a single mother working 60 hours a week. I take care of my elderly mother, and 13 year old daughter (with NO child support, and my mothers social security is only $830 a month which is actually also, NONE OF THEIR BUISNESS!). Plus I was out of work for 3 weeks with double Pneumonia ( and no health insurance!), to which her reply was, "with you CONSTANTLY being late on your payments it hurts US (meaning the loan agents, or whatever they are called) just as much as it hurts you because OUR numbers go down!!!"....REALLY?????!!!!! Wow, smh, just WOW!!!! So what im gathering is I guess since Im "always" late they dont get their monthly bonus or whatever. How can they even say something like that to a mother thats working 60 hours a week, taking care of everything I HAVE TO take care of during the month, which I told them thinking that they may have some sort of heart and understanding about since they get a late payment from me every month PLUS their INSANE finance charges! How dare they compare my situation to their companys losses because I pay my payment late every month??!! HEARTLESS, TOTALLY HEARTLESS!!!!!! Ive NEVER been so insulted and disrespected by a loan company, or ANY company for that matter!!!! The ONLY reason that Im doing business with them in the first place is because I was DESPERATELY needing a vehicle at the time I took out this loan, and they were the ONLY company that would finance me at the time of my desperation!
I should NOT be in tears right now! They are getting their payments every month....payments may be late, but theyre GETTING THEM!!!!!
I HATE that I loose sleep when I know that I need to call and set up a late payment the next day! Ive never EVER felt so be-littled and insulted. How dare this greedy company make me cry like this and ruin my evening, but unfortunately they did.
