5 /5 Tykeda Kellam: Ava Ava Ava!!!! Im sure I spelled it wrong but shes definitely worthy to be praised. She took good care of me at this branch. She told me exactly what was needed of me and she patiently waited for me to get everything I needed to get me approved. I needed the assistance far more than she can imagine and for that I will forever be grateful for her customer service. Ive dealt with OneMain about 8 years now and outside of Lisa from the Onley VA branch (shes amazing) I hadnt met anyone more deserving of recognition than Ms. Ava. She made me feel welcomed to continue my business with the company in the GA state. Ava was awesome! Thanks OneMain.

1 /5 Robert Martin: lol, your classic bait and switch loan operation! Applied and approved for a loan online and when I called I had to put down collateral. Should just be called Titlemax lmao.

1 /5 Kay: I had a highly unsatisfactory experience at this location. Shanley was unhelpful and ignored my file with a simple denial quickly after being approved online. I strongly urge corporate to investigate this location promptly to ensure fair treatment for all customers even with good credit, regardless of race for fair lending practices to all. The level of professionalism and concern shown was very disappointing. When I contacted another branch, they were so helpful, informative, and courteous. I was approved with same docs/info at another company. So I guess, my business wasnt needed at that Hiram branch.
