1 /5 Kay: I had a highly unsatisfactory experience at this location. Shanley was unhelpful and ignored my file with a simple denial quickly after being approved online. I strongly urge corporate to investigate this location promptly to ensure fair treatment for all customers even with good credit, regardless of race for fair lending practices to all. The level of professionalism and concern shown was very disappointing. When I contacted another branch, they were so helpful, informative, and courteous. I was approved with same docs/info at another company. So I guess, my business wasnt needed at that Hiram branch.
