I can tell she enjoys her job and loves to help others. She made this process extremely fun and exciting. I usually dont do online reviews but I had to share my experience. 1 /5 Rae “Love”: Can you say ADVANTAGE of people in need! ? I decided to try this option in need of some quick cash. Then I Decided less than 24 hours later that I had a better option based on the little cash I received for my SUV. I Came to buy my title back with cash and was charged $125 more than what was lended to get it back….(less than 24 hours later) From my understanding that interest for 30 days. But I was told today that interest is applied immediately…. So just FYI if you’re in hard times… let this be your absolute last last last last option! Oh and the Hispanic ladies are rude! She did not say hello I was greeted with, “you come to make your payment?! “ Should’ve left then….

5 /5 Trina Chandler: From the moment I called to inquire about getting a loan, GiGi was very kind and helpful. The loan process went very smoothly because she sent everything I needed before I came in and she walked me through the application process while I was there. I wish I’d known about this company before. We had so much repair expenses with our trucks that put a strain on our company and First American Title loan took some stress off of us by giving my husband and I a loan with very reasonable interest rates. Thanks again for all of your help and great customer service at the Conyers location. We will definitely be back if we ever need help again.

5 /5 Dorain Hillary: Walter and Colby were very helpful and professional. Everyone in the office was polite. The process was smooth and easy. I will highly recommend this office to any and everyone. They are more about making sure you are comfortable with your transaction, than making a few dollars. I encourage Everyone to use this company.
