He has also been readily available to meet with me in person when necessary. He has even gone as far as to give me his personal cell phone number in case I need to contact him after-hours. I don’t know how many other agents actually give out their personal cell phone number, but it has been a lifesaver for me as I have contacted him on his personal cell phone many times throughout the years. He has always been respectful of my needs and has never made me feel like I was nuisance when contacting him after hours at his house.
