3 /5 C D (DC): Friendly staff and nice bank for a small town. My professional opinion is that their processes, such as drive thru standards, cash advance, and compatibility within positions are about as old as the building. In my short time with this bank, you can not get a money order or statement through the drive Thru. Tellers are limited to even printing out a statement and you must see a FSR and then wait for availability.
You can not receive a cash advance unless you are a customer at their bank, which I personally was unaware that they could do as Visa/Mastercard/ and all other major credit card customers are not supposed to be turned away regardless of if you have an account with the institution. Then again, each states’ laws may be different. As a consumer who is familiar with working in a financial institutions, this bank is what I would respectfully call, behind in opportunity and would benefit from associate/ customer surveys on how they can improve/grow their company and run with it like Forest Gump. Simply taking money from customers is not enough. Every time I have been told no, without explanation or an opportunity to survey is a missed opportunity to improve for the company. Three stars for Tellers and FSR’s having positive attitudes.
