Amanda Goon I rented a home from at first the owner himself but he deployed and switched it to VHS Property. At first I wasnt too happy due to more negative reviews on property management companies around here but since they took over all the way to my move out date they were amazing! Valerie and the other girls were all so happy and professional. Stanley came out to do the initial assessment and again very professional and so nice. The walk through went great, no issue with getting my full deposit back. The whole time, if I had questions or concerns they were there. This is the ONLY rental company I will recommend in this area! The only reason we moved is because we purchased a home. When we PCS I will most likely rent my new home out and use them as the management company! Thank you VHS for you amazing customer service! Gina Rios The staff is wonderful. But if Im being completely honest, the fact that the ATM NEVER works is extremely inconvenient. I expect this from time to time, but for days on end, and all weekend long when the bank is closed? And this is the case month after month. Ive had to drive to other counties to take out the amounts Ive needed 3 separate times just in the past few weeks because the amount was too much to go get cash back at a store. And I shouldnt have to keep buying stuff at a store when I need cash. Its getting ridiculous. Everything else about this bank I love. Id hate to have to close my personal and business accounts over ATM issues.
