Erwin Van Meirvenne Good experience on Applying for Auto and Renters insurance. The office has the right people on the right place. The Allstate app is user friendly and has all features you need. Today we have to file a claim, which will give us the opportunity to experience Allstate’s dealing with claims. I’ll post another review once the claim has been handled. For now 5 stars are in place. The Tillman Family and Others Michael (Cody) is the best agent I’ve dealt with in a long time. I filled out the application on marketplace by myself and the agent I spoke to when picking my plan advised me the policy would be higher than the quote I received from Cody. We left my husband’s work health insurance for insurance through the marketplace and are now saving over $500 a month. Also our deductibles are less as well as our prescriptions. It did take a little bit of time to finalize everything, but it was because of the insurance company had a hard time, but Cody was patient and helped fix the application in a timely manner so that we were never without insurance when we swapped. Highly recommend him over any other agent.

Making sure we were not going to pay to much for insurance on our new vehicle was very important to him and we left feeling like we were well taken care of. I never write reviews but their servicle level is just unparallel. I had to file 2 claims this year for Car & Home and they took all the fear and anxiety out of the equation. Dont skimp on insurance folks...you never know when you might need it...

Justin Laseter JoNell and her staff are incredible! I have dealt with numerous insurance agents over the years, and none have taken the time or effort to continuously do what is right for me. JoNell always stays in contact with me and goes out of her way to let me know if she can save me money! The coverage on all of my policies is fantastic and my rates have been consistently dropping for years, thanks to JoNell finding savings for me! Could not recommend this agency more, and I will most definitely be a lifelong customer! :)
