1 /5 Jennifer Richardson: We moved to a different provider after continued issues with this office. They don’t communicate with your mortgage company to ensure escrow is paid out to them. Wouldn’t recommend. Happened 2 out of 3 years with them. After this go around, we gave up trying to work with a local person and went back to our agency before we moved to north GA.
1 /5 James Mason: It would be NICE if the lady in charge could just once in a while get "off" the phone and actually answer the many questions we have had for her. Over a year ago she said she would check on a new and different insurance for us. Still havent heard a single word from her. BOY, do I miss Bobby!!!!!!
5 /5 Willisa Carney: Wonderful experience! We were seen quickly and the agent made us feel like we had know him forever. It was a very comfortable environment. Making sure we were not going to pay to much for insurance on our new vehicle was very important to him and we left feeling like we were well taken care of. The front office staff was very friendly too.

Theyve had some challenges recently but the office staff and new manager couldnt be nicer! They work with you, getting the best coverage for the best prices. If you left them because of some bad service in the last few months/year, consider giving them another chance.
1 /5 Kelly Davis: I don’t have an account there but I do know someone who used to and closed it out because the agent that works there was “mutual” friends with these people when they were married. After their divorce the agent proceeds, two years later even to try to contact the man and stalk his Facebook for the woman in whom still has an account there. She even uses the Farm bureau number to call him and ask for the ex wife, how professional is that? Very immature. If I was even thinking of using them this would definitely change my mind. If you’re going to nosy in other peoples affairs at least use your personal phone and off the clock, you’re making yourself and the business look very unprofessional!
