5 /5 Justin Laseter: JoNell and her staff are incredible! I have dealt with numerous insurance agents over the years, and none have taken the time or effort to continuously do what is right for me. JoNell always stays in contact with me and goes out of her way to let me know if she can save me money! The coverage on all of my policies is fantastic and my rates have been consistently dropping for years, thanks to JoNell finding savings for me! Could not recommend this agency more, and I will most definitely be a lifelong customer! :)

3 /5 Matthew Williams: Had to edit my rating. After being a customer of American family insurance for two years. They over charged me for this past year. I paid enough to buy someone a new car. Then they would not renew my policy for using our roadside assistance that we pay for. Then the lady who tried to help us wanted us to give them a 1200 dollar down payment and our payment didnt even go down. They are scamming hard working people out of Money. In the state of Georgia you have to have insurance. I got insurance full coverage on all vehicles for 150 dollars cheaper with no down payment. So change my mind .
