Amanda Killeen Dean and his employees are possibly the nicest people I have ever had the pleasure of speaking with. I called his office the other day and one of his team members picked up with the friendliest tone. I was not able to speak with Dean because he was out of the office and left a message. Within MINUTES I received an email from Dean letting me know he received my message and would return with his answer shortly. These days, it is hard to find anyone to return your calls or messages and I cant tell you what a breath of fresh air it was to receive a quick response.

I’ve been a customer for 10 years now, and I am very pleased! Highly, highly recommended!

I was in the process of buying a home, turning another property into a landlord policy, and changing something to my auto policy. Cindy Klepak Dealing with Jimmy Watts and his very professional, caring and attentive staff (Nicole you are awesome), I feel that they have surpassed being a “Good Neighbor”, They are “Good Friends”. We were shifted by State Farm to Jimmy Watts office when our long time agent passed away. Admittedly, I was skeptical and worried that the treatment we were used to by our previous agent of 40+ years was long over. Well, let me say that it was a non issue. We have been so impressed and appreciative of the “extra effort and care” that we have received in dealing with Jimmys office, I cannot recommend them highly enough!
