These agents really care about you as a customer and treat you as if you are a part of an extended family. They are very attentive to your needs; they respond to your questions and concerns immediately and are knowledgeable about the business. Even during this COVID-19 pandemic, they have never dropped the ball. I have personally been working with Linda Byrd (Customer Service and Sales Representative) the last few weeks on several things, and Linda is the TRUE DEFINITION OF AWESOME! The Tillman Family and Others Michael (Cody) is the best agent I’ve dealt with in a long time. I filled out the application on marketplace by myself and the agent I spoke to when picking my plan advised me the policy would be higher than the quote I received from Cody. We left my husband’s work health insurance for insurance through the marketplace and are now saving over $500 a month. Also our deductibles are less as well as our prescriptions. It did take a little bit of time to finalize everything, but it was because of the insurance company had a hard time, but Cody was patient and helped fix the application in a timely manner so that we were never without insurance when we swapped. Highly recommend him over any other agent.
