I had already spoken to 3 other insurance agents at different companies and this conversation was much more pleasant and productive by far. She didnt judge me for any naivety, only listened and provided great information that gave me a much better understanding of what I was really paying for. I am very thankful to Nina for sharing her expertise and taking the time to help. I do not often write reviews, especially in regards to insurance, but I do feel its important to shout out people like Nina when they do such a great job and make someones day a little bit easier.
