Mrs. Keisha, office manager went above and beyond from day one of me contacting her regarding needing an appointment, she worked with my schedule. I switched to Allstate, she went over step by step, detail by detail of how everything works. Turned insurance language to simple easy understanding terms. She answered every question that my mother and I had. Mrs. Keisha ended up saving us hundreds of dollars. This office truly cares. I highly recommend them !

I had to switch to a different provider. But that doesnt change how I feel about State Farm w/Karen and Brittany. They always tried their level best to give me the best deals, even if it wasnt with them. Not to mention all the times I needed to call on the benefits and how helpful and accommodating they are.
