1 /5 Alana Toh: The professionalism of their bank manager and one bank teller is uncouth and disrespectful. The more mature and seasoned female teller has always handled herself very professionally qnd well organized of any prior concerns that I had with my accounts in the past. I will be sure to visit other banks besides this one.

1 /5 Alex Kennedy: This will be the first time Ive ever reviewed anything, but I think its important: I implore you not to bank here. As a small business owner, dealing with this bank and its incompetence has been the most frustrating part of owning a business. I am lucky that my business is populated by patient understanding people, because their errors had the potential to do us serious harm. It was not a one time thing either. They were consistently incapable of performing their duties. We had an easier time with the local government. Small businesses steer clear.

1 /5 Intown Craftsmen: New owners are horrible. We were happy with Private Bank but since its been bought twice the service is abysmal. They couldnt care less about your business. When they put a 8 day hold on another banks cashier check it was the last straw. Their online portal is unusable. Stay away.

1 /5 Reggie Glover: Worse bank ever. They changed my paperless preferences and started charging a monthly fee without my consent. They then wouldn’t let me close the account saying I need to go in the branch even with Covid and monkey pox rampant. Lastly, I deposited cash and it wasn’t available until the next day, and the bankers are rude and slow. This bank is still in the dark ages.

1 /5 Taylor Suiter: South State is a pain to deal with. They havent seemed to figure out banking yet and all of their systems are manual. Would not recommend to anyone I like, maybe an enemy.
