1 /5 Brandon Brown: I do not recommend Georgia United Credit Union. After years of business and multiple successful loans and relationships with the GUCU and the Dalton branch, my business account was closed by them. They can say it was for inactivity, but there really wasnt much time that had past since we had paid off our companies last two auto loans before they closed the business account. I was required to have a personal account there in order to open a business account. Since the business account was involuntarily closed, I drew down my personal account there leaving a small balance just in case I needed future services. They took all of the money out of this account. Every cent. They call it inactivity fees. You could call it theft. They say they sent a letter saying it was going to happen. Its just unfortunate. I think they could do better. I was a good customer to them, but they made me leave. So just beware if you trust them with your money, watch the fees closely and stay active!
