She helped my daughter understand everything she needed to know about insurance since this was her first time on her 1st car. She went over and beyond to ensure that as a customer I was satisfied with my situation. She also provided me with additional information to be able to get my issues resolved. After leaving I had a question she responded and told me to come back in she would help me. I came back weeks later and I am pleased she quoted me with a new policy and made sure I was informed of what I was getting in my new policy. If you looking for agent who cares go see my girl Erica.
