5 /5 Carl Hubbert: Thank you, Dawn and the wonderful people in Laura Geddie’s office. My son was involved in an accident on 7/14, car pulled out in front of him. The other driver was cited and at fault. I have waited two weeks to hear back from their agents despite repeated phone calls. Their company should be renamed to Regressive!? I have just now been approved for a rental and, sadly, they refuse to use the company that State Farm had recommend!? So, they will have it in “their” shop on - wait for it - 8/20!? In contrast, the wonderful people working with me in MY State Farm office have been helpful and encouraging, giving excellent advice and helping understand some of the “ins and outs” of what is going on. Dawn, Laura and the entire staff are great! A+! 10/10. Discount auto insurance? Sure, it’s out there. But… You simply cannot put a price on great customer service. Laura and her team are priceless.
