Also got my auto insurance through him what I like was that he shopped the market and got me the best price. Hes also a very honest guy and will help you out as much as he can.

Are you comfortable entrusting someone with no integrity, and financial fraud history to have access to your sensitive financial records, and responsible for your financial well being? Pawan D Kapoor, the new owner/partner of this company carries a troubling track record marred by fraud and deceit. My family and I, along with others, have fallen victim to his fraudulent actions, resulting in substantial financial losses. When sued for fraud, like anyone guilty, he evaded liability by filing for bankruptcy right before the court case judgement. This speaks volumes about his character. Dont take my word for it, go check Gwinnett County court, and Georgia Bankruptcy records. Fraud happens without any warning signs, and sometimes by those who you trust the most. By the time many hard working innocent people find out, it is too late, and irreversible damage has often been done. My familys own experience serves as a painful testament to this reality. We lost our lifesavings due to Kapoor scamming us. He knew well of our hardship, father unemployed, and kids in college. He knew we were struggling to find a way to support ourselves. Instead of helping like he sated he was doing, he preyed upon our vulnerability, and wiped us clean. We lived through some of our toughest times in life because of Pawan Kapoor. He laughed, taunted, and told us to go to hell. We struggled, but we kept strong, and by gods grace we are better. It is deeply concerning that Kapoors has unrestricted access to sensitive financial & personal information in his newfound role as owner/partner. There are many things I want to say, but I will end this by saying, I urge others to refrain from conducting any business with Kapoor & his business. Shield yourself, and your loved ones from any potential harm and risk. Please share and spread the awareness.

I recently called for a quote to add a car to my existing policy and after almost 2 weeks, I never received it and no communication either, I went to the office and spoke with Irma. She definitely does not represent what it means to have customer service. Because of her, this agency allowed a 7+ year customer to take her business else where. I do understand the owner is not happy with the low rating and he wants to protect his brand. My review had nothing to do with the “HUGE increase,” which I only found out about after the review was written. It was from the lack of communication via email and phone that I experienced with trying to obtain a car quote, thus my office visit. I’m not here to go back and forth or bash his business and a simple phone call trying to understand my concern, could have easily changed the Google rating.
