1 /5 Brittany Scarano: Worst service. Front lady of Andy’s is so rude on top of that he over charges 3 times more on auto insurance than the actual company. On top of that I asked for him to search other companies for a better rate before knowing how much he was ripping me off he said I will get you something by the end of the week. After several months of trying to contact him and kept telling me he will send a new quote over or never in the office per his rude front lady. He was never working on it so I called someone else and saw how much he was ripping us off and the going rate. Now my parents notice he never renewed their homeowners insurance since 2022. And avoid there calls. This guy isn’t working and is a crooked as it gets. Go straight to the company’s like progressive yourself. He will rip you off.

1 /5 Brit Ewick: I have been with this agency for a few years now and the customer service has always been lacking but this last issue was downright unethical. I called March 20th to inquire about adding my in-laws to my auto policy as we all reside in the same home. Keep in mind my in-laws also use this agency for their separate auto insurance policy. I was told, very abruptly that it wasnt possible because our names were not on their vehicles and they were not on ours, so we had no "interest" in their "property" as in their vehicles and they had no interest in ours. I was told they would check with underwriting for my insurance company and they would get back to me.. its now May 2. Ive never heard back from them and am unable to get anyone on the phone. This sounded immensely inaccurate to me, so I did more research and contacted other agents. A quick Google search will tell you that it is HEAVILY PREFERRED by auto insurance companies to have all adult drivers living in one home on the same auto policy. This was also verified by another agent who was more than happy to help us transfer agents and get everyone on the same policy. I have my suspicions as to why I was given this incorrect information, but the impossible communication coupled with their poorly delivered, false information was enough for me. Consumers generally elect to utilize a local broker when they want personalized service and good communication. My experience with them has been anything but that.
