I’ve had to leave a message a few times but have always received a call back within an hour or so. Even through these ridiculous times of a pandemic, they were the fastest dmv I’ve been to! Definitely 5 star service!

Richard Talley I would like to thank Laura Kennon. She is the community manager at Georgias Own Conyers location. Her customer service surpassed all of my expectations. Ive been a member of multiple banks in my 46 years, but I have never received anything close to the special treatment I received from Ms. Kennon. She helped me with my loan so I could purchase the car of my dreams. I saw my car around 2 oclock in Cobb County. Somehow, I ended up on a wild goose chase with another car dealership in Conyers. I already had my paperwork from the dealership in Cobb, but I needed to find a Georgias Own. It was already 3:30. A quick Google search, and there was a Georgias Own less than 5 min away. When I arrived at the bank, I knew I was close to closing for the day, so I figured that it was no way anyone could help me so close to closing. I walked in, and it was your usual Friday bank crowd. A few people are in line, with 1 or 2 people waiting to see someone. I attempted to sign in, but for some reason, I was having an issue. Then I heard, "Can I help you?" I turned around, and it was Ms. Kennon, the bank manager. She invited me into her office, and I began to explain my situation. With a smile, she replied, "I will help you." That she did. I dont know how, but she was more excited about me getting a new car than I was. The time was well after 6:30, and her husband had called a few times, so I was waiting for her to say come back tomorrow and we can finish up the paperwork but she never said it. We engaged in a conversation that felt more like a spiritual journey than a conversation. I can go on and on, but I just wanted to thank Ms. Kennon and the whole Georgias Own family, because this was an amazing experience. She didnt finish the paperwork until around 8 oclock. I am soooo thankful. Georgias Own has been nothing but a blessing for me and my family. I am a real person. Im just sharing my testimony to help others who may be in need of a new bank home or just needed help like I did. I would recommend Georgias Own Credit Union Conyers location to anyone, even if its a little out of the way for you. Its close to an hour away from me, but its well worth the drive just to meet Ms. Kennon. Shes an amazing person. Danny Lowery Very good service, quick and easy . For 10 minutes work, the price is too much. I think there should be a senior price break. I have used them for the last 10 to 12 years. Not sure about 2019.

James Payne Great company with thorough knowledge. Conveyed all information clearly which was helpful since im knew to this. Have been extremely satisfied with returns and the whole process. Helped get my 401K rolled into an IRA and multiple other items seamlessly. Have and will continue to send friends/family/etc. Extremely happy with interactions, process, and whole experience so far even in an economy that most are struggling in.

Amy Bolder Karla is a miracle worker! Shes been my tax preparer for the last 7 years, and each time I come out on top. Last year I just knew I would owe, but she reassured me that everything would be okay, and it was. So grateful for the attention to detail.
