Service Loans - Albany (GA)

Terry Lewis i am currently a customer with truist in griffin as of right now 11/19/24 but thats going to change,they have ripped me off on a transaction that was taken from my account by them,i went into the branch,talked with Alyssa their about the transaction,she agreed they made a mistake,she called their fraud department,she talked with the lady on phone,lady said it would be 2 days to know something,i came back to the branch talked to Alyssa again,she said this time i needed to call them,so i did,they tell me they denied claim, i ask to talk to mgr,next day mgr called me,very nice lady want to add,i explain everything to her,she also agreed they took out payment to much,she said she will look into it,she called me back later that evening,told me she was still working on it,that she would call me next day,and i never heard from her again,so basicly,they ripped me off!! even when the mgr from that department and from the branch also agreed they shouldnt had taken money out of my account,sorry this is long,but everyone beware,do not bank with this place,they are crooks!!

Mary Munoz For many years Bank of Eastman and its employees have all ways helped my husband and I, since he has passed away they are still are at my beck and call. I use to bank at another bank in Dublin but because my husband and I were treated so well with respect, understanding anddevotion I switched over to Bank of Eastman, they real try to do the best they can to help me. They are there to help besides just for loans or opening an account. I cant say nothing bad about B.O.E. Thank you all at the Bank of Eastman.

Ross Hughes Foundation Financial has been great for me and my family. Lewis and Ronnie did a wonderful job taking care of all my insurance needs. They were able to save me around $750 per year on coverage and provide much better service than I was getting with my other provider while paying higher premiums. My recommendation would be for anyone with insurance needs to give them a call as quick as possible!
