Andrew Fair Chris is amazing. He was very personable and polite. He was able to help us through the entire process of getting life insurance and I felt wonderful about every step we made. He is always willing to go the extra mile and follow up with you to get you the best possible policy for your needs. We now are covered in case of any emergency and feel much better knowing our children will be OK if anything were to happen to us. The process was fantastic, we spoke with him and he was able to get all the information he needed from us with our conversations, and then a nurse who was very polite came to our home and did everything she needed to do in the comfort of our home. Then we didnt have anyone to watch our children and he was very welcoming to the kids and was just a great experience all around. We are thankful to have Chris for our life insurance and look forward to learning more about his amazing services. Thank you Chris!

Daniel Chaney Very rude. Will not shut up long enough on the phone for you to speak. Cusses at you over the phone when you get pissed cause they wont shut up. Then they hang up on you....karma visits everyone.

Jen Best folks to work with! I was concerned in the beginning based upon these reviews but boy was I pleasantly surprised how wonderful Jim and his whole team was to work with. I had a closing in less than 24 days from signing the purchase agreement with a builder. I was all lined up with another mortgage lender but FBC was the builders preferred lender and I got all the way from pre-approval, loan approved, to closing within that 24 days as we just closed yesterday on my house. The best advise to people is be organized about all the paperwork you as the buyer need to provide the lender as that is the most important part of the process because without you providing the documents in a timely manner your loan cannot be underwritten. Its not FBCs fault if you dont make it a top priority to get requested necessary documents back to them as quickly as possible and this goes for ANY lender.. 5 stars working with this team and wouldnt hesitate to use them again in the future. Thanks for helping me get my house in such a short time period.

Mary Landry We moved here from Louisiana & for years did business with credit unions. After contacting several banks here, I found GP by googling CU and was so happy to find GP. Rose was so helpful opening the account here and made transferring money from LA Credit Union to GP so easy. This is the best Credit Union I have ever done business with. Everyone there is so friendly, goes out of their way to be helpful and very professional. I can’t say enough about the excellent service and employees.
