Arianna Butler I chose to start a Roth IRA with Fidelity Investment group because they offered an match incentive after making my first deposit into my account, they have in person locations available to build a relationship with a broker, and because I thought it would be an overall good back to maintain my Roth IRA with. Shortly after opening the account I booked an appointment with a broker to begin making the investments best for me and having my 401k’s transferred into the account. I booked this appointment a month in advance and today, two days before the appointment a broker named Tasia called me and told me that brokers at fidelity only made themselves available to people with over a quarter of a million dollars in their Fidelity account and that the only help I would be given was via phone. I will be changing the bank I keep my Roth IRA in as that was the most ridiculous thing I had ever heard. I highly suggest people choose another bank to open their investment and retirement accounts with.

Matthew Lovett Mr. Foreman was hired by my wife and I to represent our son who got into a little trouble by being with the wrong crowd. He was transparent and straight to the point with what to expect and what we needed to do. He was also straight to the point with our son and explained to him his rights and what he needed to do as well. Our expectations with Mr. Foreman were met and he stood up for our son when the judge and DA seemed to not care about anything but giving our son a hard time knowing he had never been into any trouble before. Mr. Foreman is well knowledgeble in law and does his job well representing those who need counsel. Very professional and matter of fact.
