The staff we have dealt with has always been very professional, they follow through with monthly updates and payments upon collecting. The staff is always friendly and courteous. As always, you should shop around for loans and other banking services, but Ive repeatedly found SunTrust to be competitive and willing to help whenever I have questions. The online banking features are easy and intuitive to use.
