I’m so glad I switched to River City Bank! The staff is friendly, helpful, and truly cares about their customers. The process was quick and easy, and their online banking is super convenient. It’s rare to find a bank that feels this personal—highly recommend!
One thing that has been worth the switch to me among a lot of other things is if you call the bank, you actually speak to a person!!!!
Or if you go into the bank you actually get help right away. You don’t have to wait for customer service to help you. One of the problems with the other bank, as it says you can make an appointment online only to get to the bank and they do not honor the appointment you made.
With River City Bank The customer service is top-notch and his hands down one of the best experiences I’ve had.
