The lady assisting me was not only understanding of my specific situation, extremely knowledgeable on how to help, and an effective communicator, consistent with the quality service provided historically, but took action immediately while educating me on relevant services/options available to me, to address all of my current needs/concerns. I am grateful for access to such a great banking experience I can depend on. I will continue to choose this branch for all my in person banking needs.

These folks treat you like family and are patient and professional with you from the minute you walk in to the minute you walk out no matter what your need is. Thank you, Regions, yet again you amaze me. Thank you for being there in the beginning when I left an abusive relationship with a small savings account and my two boys. You have helped me along the way. Now my oldest has received some scholarships to Law School.
