1 /5 sarah white: None of them know that if your military you by law are not required to change your drivers license address. One said they don’t need any documentation as far as taxes being exempt (we’re military so we don’t pay taxes) then another one said you do. This place is the worst tag office I’ve we’ve ever had to deal with and we’ve dealt with a lot moving around being military. Will definitely be reporting to the state how uneducated their workers are and how rude they are too.

B D Reviews represent each person individual experiences and it helps to paint a good picture of the type of entity you can come to expect. A respectable company doesnt hide their consumer reports. They lack transparency and the customer service is atrocious. I pay this company for services and cant get people on the phone. They send emails at closing on Friday evening so its Monday before they can be reached. This is a very dishonest practice and I need answers.

Jesus Christ After the passing of my father we tried to close out his accounts with the Rossville branch. We were given the run around even though we had all the paperwork. Forced to open two more accounts just to close out one. After months and another 8hr trip to go back to the bank we decided to go to a different branch. Brittany at the Ringgold branch took care of us in record time and we were on our way without hassle. A few hrs later at the bank closing time she called us to let us know there was another account that had been missed. She promptly made every effort to accommodate us while we were still in town. She not only deserves a raise. She should be be the bank training agent on how to conduct customer service!!!
