1 /5 Iam Kraze: I made my payments on time every time and even when I was basically homeless I was still making my payments. They encourage you to get the insurance as they say anything can happen, but if something does happen they dont want to use it they take notes of the conversations they have with you, but Ive come to discover the notes are not accurate. I was not treated right, I went from 40 hours to 16 hours, I went from heaven a home to no home, and they treated me bad when I finally requested to use the protection that they recommended and I concurred and got. Ive never recommended them, because I wanted to see my treatment if anything ever happened. Where other people were telling me no, I will let them know my experiences thus far have been fine. They treat a loyal customer terrible when the customer needed them at their lowest. Its been a over a year, and I am finally trying to get back on track even though theyve not be helpful just threatening. Based on my experience I dont recommend them as they didnt show compassion when compassion was warranted. The manager was horrible, and she kept going on about note taking. I wasnt even worth the trouble of them updating my phone number when I started have problems and couldnt pay..... dont use them because for this office people are not people
