Because I normally travel to Fayetteville or McDonough intentionally as to avoid the Jonesboro location!!! However I have observed since Oct-Nov 2023 a very welcoming change in the Customer Service & promptness provided by the Bankers in the Front Lobby... Specifically; Relationship Banker: Mr. KHALIL LINSEY Always has a very pleasant demeanor, very professional and always attentive to all his customers need with a smile.... Most people are quick to right BAD Reviews.... So today I wanted to be quick to right a GOOD Review... Scott ridenour Best customer service ever and great staff. They, like all companies, have guidelines to follow, set out by the state and the bank that gives them the money to loan out. IF you leave unhappy, its because you didnt fit a specific guideline, so blame yourself, not the company. I love them and their other companies, Mann Finance and Uptown loan.
