1 /5 Nat Nier: Hand down I have never in my life seen such a rude office manager. (Barbara) I observed 2 of the employees get talked to like they were absolute trash. There is a way to handle staff, and that certainly isnt the way. Shame on this company for allowing this. I will take my business elsewhere, and you should too!

1 /5 Yes! We_Buy_Houses1: This company, specifically the Lawrenceville location, has two agents that regularly violate federal guidelines when collecting on loans. Please see your rights on how these agents must conduct themselves when collecting. All collectors are mandated to conform to the guidelines listed in FDCPA 15 U.S.C. §1692. Their president, Al Horton, was indifferent when I called to share the conduct of his agents and tried to change the conversation to the delinquency of my loan. Please know that no matter how delinquent your loan is, they must conduct themselves accordingly. There are many many professional companies that are professional with EACH contact; I encourage you to investigate those companies.
