1 /5 Terri Taylor Reddick: I really hate to make this review but, I have too. I called into Allstate (Raleigh answered) to increase my insurance. I have never seen coverage so low. I initially signed up via 800#, Raleigh agreed coverage was very low and blamed it on the 800 CS. However, I’ve been with them 2+ years and no one ever thought about making the proper changes that benefits me as a consumer. Moving forward I asked Raleigh for quotes if I increase he gave me a quote so I asked him to send me Dec Page for proof he stated he couldn’t and his staff was gone. He referred me to the 800# for a Dec Page. So I just said no worries I’ll call them for it all. So I mentioned concerns about my roof and how my ceiling was leaking he said they don’t give out free roofs they only replace shingles in the area where the leakage is because a lot of times it’s wear and tear from home owner not taking care of property. I started disagreeing with him and asking what having insurance and coverage for if you can’t help when I need it. He verbally insulted me how of no where and call me argumentative and accused me of talking over him and I don’t know what I’m talking about he’s been in business for 22+ years. I’m really loss for words with the “FREE ROOF” have I been giving you “FREE MONEY” since there’s been no claims or have I been paying premiums in case of a time like this. I don’t like it, the experience overall. I also remembered about a year ago when I was strucked from behind and I called there office and his daughter told me not to make a claim let their insurance pay for it because if my insurance (them, Allstate, Raleigh’s office) have to pay, my insurance will increase. I should have reported and changed when that happened but the other ins paid so I didn’t bother.
