1 /5 Joseph DeBiasi: I have never felt with such a place. They don’t answer phones or call you back. We as tax payers pay there salaries but yet they don’t do there jobs. My son’s medical insurance was canceled due to some kind of renewal that we did not get because we have moved. We called to do a change of address, but no one answers the phone or calls you back, so they just decide to cancel your medical insurance. When I pay taxes, I feel like I’m getting ripped off.

1 /5 Kelly Hickey: I h have been trying to get in touch with somebody for at least 2 weeks nobody ever answers the phone there I have an emergency situation and I cant reach anybody there Ive already filed one formal complaint now Im going to file another I think that the most awful company that Ive ever had to deal with

1 /5 crystal Garrett: My account had been hacked my notifications were going to a unknown email. I did my renewal couples days into November as I didnt know it was due in October but wasnt even time for me to have to a renewal because I was just approved a couple months ago. I called for a week straight to my caseworker never received a call back called her supervisor and her number is unavailable. How do you even get help? This is ridiculous and thanksgiving is right around the corner... This is insane.
