Ive been using my bank to pay bills for 15+ years and this is the first company Ive run into a problem with. You send a check to their PO Box in Dallas and then they send it off to Idaho.
Ive only worked with them for two months since they purchased my mortgage. The first payment took them 7 days to cash and this one they claim didnt arrive.
Each time you speak to them they push you to use their site and the "benefits" of using their system. The gentleman on the phone was telling me how poor my banks "checks by mail" are and yet Ive never had an issue until now. BEST PART.... While on the phone with them I decide Ill use their pay by phone option and cancel my check. The guy then tells me Ill need to call back in 15 minutes because their system isnt working...
