I came in to request more information for an auto loan on a Friday afternoon, and Kerlyne immediately jumped into action to help me secure the vehicle of my dreams by ensuring that we got everything in place for the loan to be processed before the team left on Friday afternoon, even staying until almost 6 o’clock processing all paperwork. In addition to staying late, she proactively called the dealership I was working with multiple times on my behalf to ensure that they would hold the vehicle for me, even when said dealership was less than pleasant to work with. Scott Skinner Ive banked with this SunTrust branch in Douglas for 30+ years. They have competitive rates, free check with direct deposit, and very good promotional rates on CDs and other services. The staff is always friendly and courteous. As always, you should shop around for loans and other banking services, but Ive repeatedly found SunTrust to be competitive and willing to help whenever I have questions. The online banking features are easy and intuitive to use.

Neil George I came in to apply for a credit card, and my teller was very patient and kind the whole time even though I didn’t really know what I was doing. I wasn’t actually going to be approved at first, but the entire staff was attentive and helped me to at least get a secure card.
