Lewis Minter They have an unreasonable account login requirement. Must login every 30 days or the password expires. I can pay my loan on the 25th and then on the 27th of the next month Ill be locked out. They also dont credit your payment immediately, takes up to 5 days to process. Im looking to move away form this bank. I have made repeated request to extend the login in timeframe but no change.

Tracy Turner So far my experience has been great. I originally started with a young man. And I apologize cuz Im so bad with names. But after having my loan everyone there seems very genuine. They handle and address your situation needs and they also answer any questions that you may have. Ive only had my loan with them for about a month. And so far so good I have no complaints. The last time going in in there theyll send you a text message and you have money available you can take it and use it as you see fit. I originally wasnt going to go for it because I was just literally just trying to pay off what I had already borrowed. But my kids are going back to school here come August and I just needed that little extra push. I was in and out less than 10 minutes. So yeah so far so good Ill let you Ill keep you all the rested how this goes. And also the young lady that helped me this second time here around new probably still learning but she did awesome job
