1 /5 Gwendolyn Moore: Totally horrible service. Very unfriendly and unprofessional front desk lady. I went in to get a letter to show my vehicle was paid off. She was yelling at the one girl to tell the guy in the off that she was out of there in 20 minutes. Kept saying it over and over. Had an attitude about helping me. Told me that the letter I wanted needed typed up from someone upstairs. So I waited and waited. Then she just prints it off from her computer. This will be my first and last loan of any type from this credit union.
2 /5 Jason Satcher: There must be better options for business banking. Every step of the process has been frustrating. Application? Paper. OK, no big deal. Account approval? That will be tomorrow (after your business partner is out of town). Fine. Things take time. Funding the account? Cant use a card. Cant transfer from another bank. Get cash from the ATM to fund the account? Those are only outside. And they dont work with your card apparently. Finally got your account open? Well we never gave you a form that we need you to sign. Want to pay yourself? You cant. This bank neither sends nor receives fund transfers. Zelle? Nope. Need a one-off check printed because checks take a week to arrive? $5 fee. Want to deposit a check so you can pay your bills? This is a new account, so there is a 5 day hold - and those are business days, so its a full calendar week. We dont trust you even though we did a hard pull on your credit before we approved you. The only thing that worked the first time was logging in to online banking (where I can see my money but I cant move it). But arent the lobbies shiny?
