5 /5 Jenny Denker: My 71 year old aunt came into this location and said that Davina McFerrin was absolutely amazing to her. She said that Davina helped sort out a big mess regarding bill pay to the mortgage company. She said that she was very patient and caring through the entire process. My aunt isnt tech savvy but wanted me to let everyone know that this bank and specifically Davina truly cares for the customers. Thank you for helping her and being kind through it all!

1 /5 deadlyta: If I could put a negative star I would. Last night its ATM stole 500 dollars from me . It also let me put the the wrong pin in . Yeah I should of known my correct pin but I was tired and fighting depression plus the fact it took 2000 of my money with the wrong pin threw me off . Not the first time the machine ate my money so I assumed it was the machine not my pin . And I took the 1500 it gave me back and tried to the wrong pin on a separate machine. Well now my card doesnt work anymore and I have to screw up my sleeping schedule to go up there tomorrow early to try to get my 500 back and have access to the money they didnt steal by fixing the card I have. Why have an app if I cant use it to fix this bs ? After getting the phone run around and talking to two customer servive reps there was notbing they can do. This is not the first time they screwed me . Its actual the 4th. Id trust a Crack head with my money before Id trust these crooks. Will be looking for a new bank tomorrow. That I can trust. This aint is Id stay far far far away . Unless you like not having your money on the weekends and the occasional ATM stealing your money
