1 /5 McAndrew Travels: We moved close to this AgPro, and we were excited to have one so close since we have always used the Athens location. Sadly, we will have to drive more than an hour to the Athens location anyway to get our work done. This place is a disaster. The two people in the service department are very nice and professional (Tiffany and the man who works in there), however the GM Mike Bridges is a disaster. He is very rude, talks over you, interrupts, and clearly takes advantage of customers and cheats them out of their money. Weve taken our mower (which is still under warranty) up there three times now, and they have charged us to look at it each time for the same three issues. They still do not know what is wrong with the mower. They have not diagnosed the problem with any of the three issues. This has been going on for about two months. They refuse a loaner mower even though that is promised right on the AgPro website. The guy in the service department said hed never heard of the NEVERSTOP loaner program, and GM Mike told us he wishes AgPro would take that down off of the website. Well, hate to break it to you GM Mike, but as long as its up there it is your obligation to provide a loaner within 24 hours (Ive included a photo of the promise below). GM Mike forced us to pay in total around $600 for them to look at the mower (diagnose it as he called it), and they still have not figured out what any of the three problems are. GM Mike claimed they mowed with it for around five hours with multiple different people, and that it never once acted up for them. This is a blatant lie. I went up there and ran it for 15 minutes and it acted up three different times while I was at the business. It always acts up multiple times after running it for half an hour or so. After it acted up for me their mechanic, who has no clue what he is doing, still could not figure out what the problem is, so we had to leave with the mower still not running and not even diagnosed, but we sure did have to pay the bill in full for them to mess around with the mower and not fix anything. We should not have been billed for any of the hours (it is under warranty after all), and its clear Mike added on hours and charged us for them as well. When something is under warranty you do not get billed for diagnosis time, at least at the Athens location you dont. This place is literally stealing from people. Do yourself a favor, and never go to this location.
