B D Reviews represent each person individual experiences and it helps to paint a good picture of the type of entity you can come to expect. A respectable company doesnt hide their consumer reports. They lack transparency and the customer service is atrocious. I pay this company for services and cant get people on the phone. They send emails at closing on Friday evening so its Monday before they can be reached. This is a very dishonest practice and I need answers.

Christy Hires Mr. Czachowski and his staff were very professional, went over all my policy details, explained everything to the max and answered all questions I had. This was a very simple transaction, and would highly recommend him and his staff to everyone! What an incredible experience it was and he was also able to save me a few hundred dollars on my policy without compromising any coverages! Awesome place to do business with and highly recommend!
