Brandi Fulton I went in the branch to deposit my check and get money back. Angela waited on me. I have never been treated like this in all the years that I have been banking with Regions. She is very rude and needs to be fired. You dont laugh in a customers face not once but twice, refuse to wait on them, and then tell to leave your window. If she stays there, they will lose a lot of customers

VIP STUDIO Called to inquire about a possible loan option and the first word out of the mouth of the rep on the phone was what do you want, were very busy. Really?? I had use them years before and I guess things has definitely when down hill in the customer service department.

Johna Oliver is always our go to at the branch she’s extremely helpful and always helps us get accomplished whatever we’re trying to do! We live in CALHOUN Georgia and never have any issues getting done what we need to even with the branch being in Jasper Georgia. I would highly recommend this credit union for any of your needs when it comes to banking. I would also recommend asking for Johna Oliver. She will really make you feel like you matter!

ShezGotHerOwn JP was awesome to work with! He was very responsive and answered all my questions. When working out the numbers he gave me different scenarios and together we were able to pick the best one. From the beginning he made the process so seamless. He knows his stuff and he came thru for me on closing day when my emails were not working. He texted me the forms I was able to close on time. I would definitely recommend JP to friends and family!! Daniel Headrick I actually don’t have an account with this bank but I wanted to share my experience. I had an issue with a vehicle purchase and had to stop by the bank to get it resolved. Everyone here was pleasant and ask what they could do for me, offered drinks, and general nicety. While I waited I listened to the conversations around me I was amazed at the level of service and pleasant atmosphere. I understand now why this location has was as busy as it was. I have never felt this at home in an bank. If I lived closer I would move my business. 10/10 service skills.
