Charles Smith Kathy is a very personal person, easy to work with, and I have had 3 different loans with them at different times. And I have fell short on my payments! A couple of times, I kept open with Kathy in kept in touch with her, we solve the problem with in a timely fashion with no additional problems. Suan Walker They Teller was really nice in the drive thru even though that she was the only teller working on a Friday the busiest day of the week. She was handling it with a smile. Please give her some help on Fridays. It can be overwhelming.
