Angela Edwards First of all I am not good with remembering names but me and my husband went here on Saturday, 10/5/24 to cash a check from one of our customers. We didn’t bank with this bank but the check was drawn on this bank. Being it was Saturday and 15 minutes before they closed, we prayed we could be helped without attitude and impatience of being ready to close. We were blessed to have such a wonderful experience with the teller, caucasian lady at the end, who treated us with such attention and politeness. She responded with kindness to our friendly chatter and just gave us a pleasant welcoming feeling toward us being there. She was awesome! As we were moving towards the exit door, another teller at the first window counter, african american, kindly said a few words to us as well and bidded us farewell. Both tellers exhibited excellent customer service and made us feel like we were appreciated just being there. All I can say is THANK YOU and please keep up the outstanding work because your kindness is noticed and appreciated.

Life Matters Outreach Colony Bank is excellent. The Branch Manager Rhonda Turner and her staff are always so helpful. Rhonda is very supportive to us and the community she serves. She will also encourage her staff to volunteer when possible to help out non-profit organizations such as ours. They are especially helpful when we are running our Baby Bottle fundraiser and bring in all of our coins. We would give them 10 stars!

Requests are handled quickly if not on the spot, my employees can cash checks if they need to and the staff is always helpful and friendly.
