There were a couple of hiccups along the way to get my policy underwritten. They seemed like big issues but it was shrugged it off as not a big deal and walked through all of it with what I considered an extensive knowledge of her profession. We had originallyl, with much regret, called to cancel because of our rate increase and were going to switch because their rate was too high. I was so thankful they were able to work with us and bring the quote to within our budget on a fixed income!!
