1 /5 Timothy Smith: Weve had GFB for years for home and auto insurance, and if youre looking for a really good rate, then theyre great. But if you actually need to communicate with them or even do small modifications on policies (such as update a name or address), its an absolute nightmare. They dont call back, it takes /multiple/ attempts to get anything done (even the simplest of things), they dont send insurance cards unless requested, their website is a joke, etc.. I dread the day I actually need to call them for help. Well be moving to a different insurance company as soon as our policies lapse.

Not happy about signing up for a good rate for 6 months, then 6 months later after paying for there Membership which is of no use really, my rate went up $70 with No changes, No Explanation, other than Progressives rates went up and GRB has no other option. Think about it before sign up and come out of pocket $40 to join their membership and get a good rate, only to find out 6 months later you are out twice that with no option other than shopping around again.
