1 /5 Aliyah McCrary: Worst experience ever , they went up on my policy and when I asked Latryce Hudson why , she was extremely rude ! She told me calls were being recorded but She was frustrated with me , as I tried to ask about the policy and changes she kept placing me on brief holds , talking amongst herself saying "it Aint her fault : I asked to speak to a Manager she stated they werent in but would let her know . I did not trust her response and asked to the location to come up and speak with someone , she started to threaten me as if I was coming up there to say something or threaten her , hung up in my face , I called back because I was still insured with them and now she is forwarding and answering and hanging up when I call !! I will never ever recommend this company , and as a Black woman , who was never late and took pride in paying my policy with them was disgusted at the level of disrespect Ms. Hudson has ..
