From the moment we discussed what I needed he was able to help us lower our home insurance and our vehicle insurances. They always try to be helpful as far as finding the best rate and deal for our home and car insurance plans. Karina is our main agent and she knowledgeable, kind, and patient to answer any questions. Any time I have had an issue with my home or auto policy, they have always made me feel as if I was their only customer by giving me a quick response and making sure to follow up to see how I’m doing.
