They all keep a big smile on their faces if they’re having a bad day it never shows. I love my Envision family They all get 5 stars in my book!!

Pynckels Lynn “Ms. Pink” I was recommended to Richard and his team a few years ago when State Farm decided to become sky high. From the moment we discussed what I needed he was able to help us lower our home insurance and our vehicle insurances. We have had a teenager who had minor and major accidents and, Richard was available to calm mommas fears and provide superior customer service even after hours. Anytime I have questions he is quick to respond and help in any way that he can. I have never met him in person but we have grown to appreciate his commitment to his business and his clients and I feel like weve been friends for years. I send as many people to him as I possibly can. You wont be disappointed with Country Mutual or Richard and his team!!

Stephanie Brown The customer service is always awesome Edward and the rest of the tellers go above and beyond, but this morning I was there and there was such an odor in the lobby. It was vile It smelt like sewage. It was so bad and the sweet lady helping me her station was right by where the odor was coming from. You could tell it was coming from the bathroom. This problem needs to be fixed immediately. You can’t expect your customers to come in stand in line or even stand and talk to their tellers with this terrific odor, it was awful. You can tell it’s some kind of sewage or septic problem Please fix
