ModelARider I have lived here for over 15 years. These folks have a very tough job yet still try to treat everyone with dignity and respect. I really appreciate the way Ive been treated whether it be for car tags or property tax. This is a poorer area and homeowner tax seems unusually high. Just remember the folks behind the counter dont choose the tax rates. They are good everyday folks who mostly live here too. Be respectful and see it for what it is.

Brandy Johnson Great customer service and best prices around, saving me $100 a month compared to my last insurance agency. I would definitely recommend. If you’re hesitant DON’T BE! They take care of you while saving you money !

Kirby Griffis PSA: After reaching out to the branch, I first spoke to the assistant manager Paige which was so helpful, understanding and caring of the issue. She assured me that she would get this issue over to the Branch manager . The branch manager (Cindy) then called me about the issue and was the upmost respectful and apologetic and assured me that the issue would be taken care of. I have been to this bank very few times, for the simple reason of the lady in the drive thru. She has the absolute worst customer service I have EVER seen!!! She is rude, short spoken and never smiles!!

Some people I want to recognize at the main office today alone would be Maria she is professional, polite, and super helpful. Also, Jake is that personal touch all big banks miss the mark on usually But not here at Ameris! So many more to name but I won’t have enough characters!
